Dance – inclusive dance club

Saturday’s are dance days!

Currently our inclusive dance sessions are normally held every month for members on a Saturday at St Erme Community Centre in Trispen near Truro (although sometimes it is run from Ladock).

• 10:30am – 12:00pm Open Members Dance session Suitable for all ages and levels. A fun dance session with a mix of easy to follow dance routines as well as some routines which are broken down. Everyone is free to join in.

The Local Advisory Group for Adults with Down Syndrome:

• The Local Advisory Group for adults with Downs Syndrome normally follows the Dance Sessions 12.30 to 2.30. Come and make new friends and help improve the lives of others with Down syndrome
