The Cornwall Down's Syndrome Support Group is a charity run by families affected by Down's Syndrome living in Cornwall.
What we do
We offer families a chance to meet, socialise and share information, friendship and support. Membership is free and we hold regular drop in sessions around the county where we can signpost our members to services that may be beneficial in an informal setting with entertainment for the children provided. During the year we organise many fun days out and trips away as well as our winter party. Our new parent support team warmly welcomes parents with recent diagnosis.

'Trisomy
21' photography exhibition
To mark this years Down's Syndrome Awareness day (21st March) CDSSG
is officially launching it's 'Trisomy 21' photography exhibition at
the Eden Project at 4pm after our AGM on 3rd March 2012 in conjuction
with Simon Burt Photography & The Bolingey Barbarians Veteran Rugby
Team.
This collection of 16 of our members range in age from just 4months
old to an engaged couple in their early 20's and aims to challenge stereotypes
and common misconceptions about individuals with Down's Syndrome.
